On Ice Tryouts and/or Evaluations for Tryouts
We run on ice practice plans for tryouts and offer value by providing support to both the coaches and the association throughout the entire tryout process enabling coaches to pick teams through an unbiased lens.
We run evaluations by providing 3 evaluators that attend each tryout to assess and rate your players, evaluators that bring with them a strong background in player development as well as the ability to identify the critical skill sets of players at all levels and ages. Through our numbering process our evaluators can quickly identify your top, bottom, and middle tier players that are fighting for those last positions.
Summer Camps
