Our Camp’s focus is on combining hockey development with fun held at the Innisfil YMCA Recreation Centre. Players are grouped together by age and calibre on and off the ice each day. Each day consists of 3 hours on ice with 2 hours of off-ice training incorporating core strength drills, fitness training, foot speed, and agility while having fun in the Camp.
We offer supervision from 7:30am to 3:30pm each day.

8:00am – 8:30am change for on ice
8:30am -9:50am On Ice Development
9:50am-10:15am change for off ice
10:15am -11:15am off ice conditioning
11:15am -12:00pm Lunch followed by light warmup and chalk talk
12:00am – 12:30pm change for on ice
12:30pm – 1:50pm On ice Development
1:50pm – 2:15pm change for off ice
2:15pm – 3:15pm off ice conditioning
3:15pm – 3:30pm Pick up
